Reflecting on her transition from studying in India to New Zealand, she explains, “I had to be more self-sufficient and proactive, which pushed me to step out of my comfort zone and embrace new opportunities.”

Now working at Ernst & Young, Nikitha credits her time at Waikato for preparing her to succeed in a competitive field. The diverse community, practical projects, and supportive environment gave her the tools and confidence to excel in her career.
