Stephen has responsibilities in developing and maintaining long term relationships with external clients, developing and negotiating research contracts and preparing related material. He has responsibilities for the Schools of Science, Engineering, Computing and Mathematical Sciences, and Health.

Stephen joined the Research Office in 2006. He moved to New Zealand from the UK, having gained 15 years' experience in London law firms providing advice across a range of areas.
